Filmmaker Leonardo Dalessandri recently spent 20 days in Turkey travelling almost 2,200 miles with his camera equipment in tow, capturing the video and time-lapse clips he eventually compiled into the 3-minute visual journey embedded below.

Filmed as a Hollywood blockbuster the video is one of its kind in the travel video segment. Dubbed as “Without Hype, This Is Among The Best Travel Videos We’ve Ever Seen”.

I’ve crossed Cappadocia, Pamukkale, Ephesus, Istanbul, Konya; and tasted baklava, kunefe, doner, the turkish tea; and got the chance to meet the soul of Turkey, its people.. and got their smiles and their hospitality.

This is Turkey lived by me from north to south, and I hope you enjoy it 🙂

Turkey seems to have this inspiring effect on travel video makers as this jewel is easily comparable with the original take Ari Fararooy took for his own Turkey’s travel video ‘TURKEY JUMP
